A camp resort tucked along the Kuwa-no-mata River near the headwaters of the Shimanto (四万十), one of Japan's least-developed rivers. Guests stay in bungalows, Airstream trailers, or Japanese-style rooms; the river out front is shallow enough to fish for dace and minnows. The main building has a large indoor bath and a dry sauna, and a private kashikiri (貸切り, reserved) sauna session can be booked separately. No outdoor bath.
