Mozumo is an adults-only ryokan in Hirayu Onsen where every room comes with a private open-air bath. There is no indoor bath; the whole experience is outdoor soaking, either from your own room or in the shared rotenburo (separate for men and women). The water comes from the inn's own spring, Yamanoyu (山の湯), piped in fresh and unrecirculated (kakenagashi). It is smooth on the skin and approved for drinking.
