There are 2 kashikiri rooms and a public bath. The private rooms with rotenburo are rented out for two hours for walk-in guests. We didn't go to the public baths (day use is available there too), but the private rotenburo for two hours was beautiful, pleasant, and worth the money. Besides the entrance and shower room with a toilet, it includes a rest room and the rotenburo itself, connected by a passageway. The rest room also has an ocean view and is open air. At the entrance you can grab blankets and quilts if you want. View 10/10, nearly infinity. (Photos incoming). This is a matter of taste, but I prefer a view from the onsen onto a lake/sea/ocean rather than a forest, for example. Bath convenience: 10/10. The tub is spacious enough for two, allows full immersion with legs stretched out, you can rest your head on a cushion, there are different levels to sit on if you want to cool down. Amenities: everything you need for washing and skincare is provided, towel rental 300 yen. Water: sulfur-containing, sodium bicarbonate, cold mineral spring (Nagisa no Yu, Kamogawa Onsen). Price: day use public area 1300 yen. Private rooms 2000-2500 yen/hour per person. Day use guests get 2-hour slots. Notes: - Besides booking the private room, it's recommended to call and reserve for the public area too. - Cash or PayPay only.
