About
Two indoor bath rooms, Asahi-no-yu (朝日の湯) and Gassan-no-yu (月山の湯), swap between men and women each week. The water is clear with a faint salty quality and leaves the skin smooth. A rest area with an irori (囲炉裏) hearth and sofas sits inside the building, along with a small shop selling local produce and crafts. The whole place has more of a village community hall feel than a typical day-use onsen.
