The bathing complex here, Rakan-no-yu (らかんの湯), has both indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths drawing on Takeo onsen water, along with a wood-fired sauna, a dry sauna, and an herbal steam sauna using mugwort-based herbs gathered in the Takeo area. The saunas earned a Hall of Fame placement in the national Sauna Shuran (サウナシュラン) rankings. The property sits at the foot of Mifuneyama (御船山) and has permanent teamLab art installations woven through the grounds.
