507. Suisenkaku, Shizuoka ★★ Stayed overnight without meals, room for 6750 yen. Japanese staff, no English spoken. In the display cabinet among various artifacts, some very old-school matryoshka dolls were spotted. Very retro and cozy. Higaeri available for 1000, but need to contact the hotel. They stamp the ICOI Project x Love Live! Sunshine temporary stamp rally. Main indoor bath zone. Breathing inside is good. Two stone baths: 1. Bath with cloudy brown-green water, temperature 40-41. 2. Bath with clear water, temperature 40-41. There's also a separate additional small bath, but it wasn't operating during my stay. A charming old-school place with Japanese staff. If you like this kind of vibe, it's a great option. The onsens are also nice, and one bath even has rare brown-green water for Shizuoka. 08.05.2025 09.05.2025
