84. Tanoyu Onsen, Beppu Grandpa onsen. Staff present, but no shower or soap/shampoo in the bath. 200 yen entry. Stamp available. Inside there's one oval old-school bath, clear water, very hot temperature. The posted notice says 42°C, but it feels hotter (or nobody has diluted it in a while). Breathing in the bath is fine.
