YesHours change with the season: April to June and September to March, weekdays 14:00 to 19:00, weekends/holidays 11:00 to 19:00; during the summer season (July 1 to August 31), daily 9:00 to 20:00. Regularly closed on Tuesdays; in summer also closed on the second Monday and Tuesday of July, the fourth Monday and Tuesday of August, and the second Monday and Tuesday of September.
Weekday day pass: adults (junior-high age and up) 1,300 yen, children (age 3 and up) 750 yen. Weekend/holiday day pass: adults 1,500 yen, children 850 yen. Summer season (July 1 to August 31): adults 2,300 yen, children 1,200 yen. Monthly pass 6,000 yen. An onsen-only ticket also exists (around 800 yen for adults and 400 yen for children per an aggregator listing, roughly half price after 16:00), but pool-only entry isn't offered.

Yakurai Water Park is built mainly for swimming: a 25-meter pool, a kids' pool, a bubbling spa pool with jets, two lazy rivers (one indoor, one outdoor for summer), and a water slide. The onsen bath is a smaller add-on at the end of the visit, an indoor tub plus a plain open-air rotenburo looking out at Mt. Yakurai. It's natural spring water, nothing dressed up, more a place to rinse off and unwind after the pool than a bathing destination in its own right. The dome-shaped roof over the pool hall is meant to echo the mizubasho (水芭蕉), the skunk-cabbage flower that is Kami town's symbol. It's a family-oriented facility with a free rest area for a nap and a small poolside canteen, run as a day trip rather than an overnight stay.
