461. Nabeyama No Yu, Beppu ★ A wild onsen. Both baths are in stone. The lower bath had clear blue-white water with lime, and the temperature was 40. The upper bath had clear blue-white water with lime and mud, and the temperature was 49.5. There was a hose with cold, apparently spring water, so you could cool the upper bath.
