YesHours run 10:00 to 21:00 from March through December, and 10:00 to 20:00 in January and February; last entry is 30 minutes before closing. When the regular Tuesday closure falls on a public holiday, the closure moves to the following day.
Adult admission is 950 yen for a one-day pass; only the one-day pass is sold now, after the previous 3-hour pass (750 yen) was discontinued. Children (elementary school age) and visitors with disabilities pay 500 yen. A loyalty card earns 2 points on weekdays and 1 on weekends and holidays.

Iyashino-yu is the day-use bathhouse inside Aone Midori no Kyukamura (青根緑の休暇村), a vacation complex in the mountains of Sagamihara, Kanagawa, on the same grounds as a campsite and cottages. The indoor bath is large with a high ceiling, closer to a hotel bath than a small local one, and there's a separate open-air rotenburo plus a small sauna. The water runs cooler than most baths, pleasantly lukewarm, with a mild alkaline feel. A spacious rest area serves food and drinks, handy for campers who want a real meal after a day outdoors. The bathhouse has been closed since April 2025 for renovation, with reopening planned for September 1, 2026.
