Japanese men with tattoos: not allowed even with sticker. Foreign male tourists only: allowed with official tattoo sticker (400 yen) and passport/ticket. Women (regardless of nationality): fashion tattoos allowed per tourism ministry trial; sticker required if single tattoo exceeds 30cm x 30cm.

Ganbanyoku (岩盤浴, heated stone beds) and a reclining-chair rest area are part of the same facility. A Chinese restaurant and overnight rooms make it workable as an overnight stay, not just a drop-in.
