About
A grassroots hot spring in the Ura-Bandai area, opened in 1997 by four local young men who drilled the well and built the facility by hand. There is a small indoor rock bath and a modest open-air basin, and the whole setup runs on an honor system, a donation box in place of a ticket window. There is no sign on the road; you find it by asking. Very much a neighborhood secret rather than a facility.
