YesClosure days change from month to month; check the official site for the current schedule. Day-use bathing runs in two windows, 11:00-15:00 and 18:00-21:00, since the mid-afternoon slot (15:00-18:00) is kept for overnight guests only.
Adult 800 yen, elementary school age 500 yen, infant 300 yen. Tax included, per person, bath towel not included (rental available for 200 yen).

Heated tap water, not a natural hot spring
The site itself labels the bath a jinko (artificial) onsen using a 光明石 mineral additive stone in the tub water, with a quasi-drug (医薬部外品) approval number - not natural spring-source water.
Open-air outdoor bath
Bath layout is described only as an indoor bath (内湯) for both men's and women's baths; no outdoor bath mentioned anywhere on the site.

Ryugu-no-yado is a plain, homey hotel by the Irako ferry terminal on Aichi's Atsumi Peninsula, with rooms that look out over Mikawa Bay.
