Yu-yu Club Naspal is a plain, everyday bathhouse at Nakayama Onsen, attached to a local community center building. It has two bathing rooms, one done in black stone tile and one in brown tile, that swap between men and women each week; each side has a large communal tub, a bubble jet bath, a cold plunge, and a low-temperature sauna. The spring water feels smooth and faintly slippery on the skin, which is why locals call it bihada no yu (美肌の湯), skin-beauty water. There's no open-air bath, just a small courtyard outside the bathing room. It's a no-frills spot, more neighborhood soak than resort, and regulars treat it as a local oasis.
