Kawana Hotel

Kawana Hotel is a classic golf resort on a bluff above Sagami Bay, and its bathing facility, Brisa Marina (Spanish for "sea breeze"), is built around that view. The men's outdoor bath overlooks a garden made to resemble a golf course, with an indoor bath and dry sauna alongside it; the women's side has an outdoor bath set to feel level with the sea, an indoor bath open to the same breeze, and a steam sauna scented with aroma oil. Two reservable private outdoor baths, Umi (海) and Tsuki (月), let guests soak alone with the same coastline view. The water itself is warm and mild on the skin. Brisa Marina is open to hotel guests only, not day visitors, and keeps the unhurried air of an old-school resort where people come back as much for the view as for the golf.
