YesIf Wednesday falls on a public holiday, the onsen closes the following day instead.
Adult admission is 520 yen, child (age 3 through elementary school) and senior (70+) are 310 yen. Reception closes at 19:30, and 19:00 for the family baths. A family bath is 1,000 yen for 50 minutes, on top of the admission fee.

About
Yumeakari is the bathing wing of the Michi-no-Eki Toyo roadside station, in the hills of Yatsushiro. The indoor bath room has four tubs, hot, lukewarm and a cold plunge for the sauna, plus a sauna and a mist sauna that runs on the spring water itself. Outside there's a rotenburo looking over the mountain village with the sound of the river, and two kashikiri family baths, each with its own small open-air tub. The water is a plain alkaline spring, felt as a soft, smooth-on-the-skin soak rather than anything mineral-heavy. It draws plenty of locals along with travelers stopping at the roadside station for the attached restaurant and bakery.
