YesThe heated SPA pool closes every Tuesday (the next weekday if that Tuesday is a holiday); the main baths and sauna are unaffected.
Adult day-use bathing is 450 yen, elementary school age 250 yen, and preschoolers bathe free; discount books of 12 tickets are also sold.

A hot spring facility on the banks of the Mogami River (最上川) in Murayama, Yamagata, with spacious baths and open-air tubs that look out over the river. The mixed bathing swimsuit pool that was available previously is currently closed due to deterioration, so check current status before visiting for that specifically.
