YesA weekend morning session runs Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 to 9:00, in addition to the regular 10:00 to 24:00 hours (last entry 23:30). There's no weekly closed day, though the facility does close occasionally for maintenance.
Adult admission is ¥850 on weekdays and ¥900 on weekends and holidays. Students (junior high through university, ID required) pay ¥600, children ¥400 (free under 3). A 10-visit ticket book costs ¥8,000.

Baths/saunas are gender-separated for adult use. Site's guide.md separately allows an opposite-sex child (up to age 6, height ≤110cm) to accompany a parent as a specific exception, not general mixed bathing.

Official site's お休み処 page says only '飲食もできます' (food/drink possible) without naming a restaurant; two independent Google reviews confirm there is no restaurant, only vending machines, instant food, and delivery from nearby shops - kept NO.

About
Gondo Onsen Terume DOME is a day-use bathhouse in the Gondo neighborhood of Nagano city, split into two separate bathing zones, an indoor bath and a taller, dome-covered area next door, each with its own tub, cold plunge, and sauna. The spring, drawn on-site as the Gondo-no-yu (権堂の湯), is kept flowing fresh rather than recirculated. Between soaks there's a rest area with massage chairs, a manga corner, and a big-screen TV, plus akasuri body scrubs and an attached fitness studio, more urban day bath than mountain retreat.
