Heated tap water, not a natural hot spring

This is a super-sento, a large day-use bathhouse, not a natural hot spring: the main indoor bath and the outdoor rotenburo both use tap water enriched with black silica minerals. The line-up includes a jet-massage bath, an electric bath, a waterfall bath (utaseyu) good for stiff shoulders, and a cold plunge to pair with sessions in the infrared sauna or the low-temperature auto-loyly steam sauna. The rotenburo opens straight to the sky, with separate men's and women's outdoor rest areas for lounging in a chair afterward. There's also a tatami lobby, a restaurant, and plenty of parking, a straightforward neighborhood bathhouse rather than a resort.
