This is a blended source: two separate wells are combined before the water reaches the baths, and the mix is certified as a sodium bicarbonate-chloride spring. That places it in the jūsō-sen (soda-water) style — the bicarbonate fraction does the skin-smoothing work, while the chloride side leaves a faint salty edge and helps the warmth linger after you get out.
