About

Kosugiyu Harajuku, opened in 2024, is the second location of a long-established Koenji sento, tucked into the basement of the Tokyu Plaza Harajuku shopping complex near the Jingumae crossing. There's no rotenburo or sauna here, just three tubs meant for a hot-cold rotation: a milky, faintly sweet bath that's the house specialty, a hot bath with gentle jets and a scented soak that changes day to day, and a soft-water cold plunge to finish. The rest area doubles as a reading corner, and despite the mall setting it keeps the unhurried, neighborhood feel of an old-school sento.
