About
A low-key hotel in the Kawayu Onsen area, notable for having the only sodium bicarbonate spring in the district, often called a beauty bath for its gentle effect on skin. The mixed outdoor bath, set in a karesansui (枯山水) dry-landscape garden, is warm and open to the sky. From April 2026 women are required to wear a bathing garment in the mixed area.
