The communal bath sits on the top floor: an open-air rotenburo looking out over Shirahama Bay, paired with an indoor bath and sauna. The water is Shirahama gensen (白浜源泉) run as kakenagashi. Men's and women's sides swap between morning and evening. Rooms in the main building each have a small private tsubo-yu (壺湯), a round soaking tub, on the balcony.
