About

Urban Quar sits on multiple floors in the middle of Nagoya, drawing natural onsen water from deep underground. The bath floor has a gensen (source spring) pool, a carbonated bath, a nano outdoor rotenburo, jet and electric baths, and two cold plunges at different temperatures. Upstairs there are three saunas to choose from: a silent sky sauna, a high-heat room, and a mist sauna with a built-in foot bath, which is said to be unique to this facility. A separate ganbanyoku (heated stone sauna) area uses rock salt and black germanium stones, paired with a Finnish sauna where attendants perform lauljyu sessions. The rest floors have a manga library, a restaurant, a cafe, and a women-only lounge. A free shuttle runs from Kanayama station.
