About

A 24-hour sento open year-round. Near Meishin Toyonaka Interchange. Free parking for 60 cars. Features over 10 types of baths including high-concentration carbonated spring, Ibuki mountain herbal bath, far-infrared sauna, steam sauna, electric bath, rotenburo, and more. Enjoy delicious udon after your bath.

A 24-hour public bath for 600 yen, yet so packed with various baths that it makes you wonder where the boundary lies between a sento and a super-sento. They themselves claim to be "Japan's number one sento" (日本一の銭湯). And it really is a sento: tap water, no soap or shampoo provided (bring your own or buy single-use ones), no entry restrictions (tattoos allowed), and generally the vibe is "wash up and leave," but at the same time, there are massage chairs, an ice cream kiosk, a small udon shop (also 24 hours!), vending machines (including glass-bottled milk), and a place to chill in the foyer. On the first floor, there are spacious changing rooms with massage chairs and drink vending machines (don't forget to buy water here — there are no drinking fountains inside). On the second floor, there are many washing stations, a couple of simple baths (40 and 43°C), a wooden bath with carbonated water, several massage jet baths, two electric baths, a dry sauna (+200 yen), a steam sauna, mizuburo (cold water bath), and a massage shower. High ceilings, streetlamp-like lighting, calm music — atmospheric. At the same time, the decor is very modest: simple tiles, a ceiling covered with white panels, some rusty spots — the place clearly screams "I'm just a public bath." Outside, there is a large stone bath, a smaller bath with some herbal decoction, an ashi-yu (foot bath), and several stools to relax on. No view — everything is enclosed by walls with interesting decoration, and only rain drips from above. The impressions of the place are very mixed: on one hand, the variety of baths can compete with some super-sento, but on the other hand, you need to bring your own soap and water, and overall it feels very old and worn. But if you have tattoos and want to feel the vibe of a super-sento — this is the place for you. Pros: • inexpensive • large selection of baths Cons: • far and difficult to get to • tap water • need to prepare your own soap and shampoo • cash only payment Photos are from the official website and are accurate. 2026.05.27
