The Meijin tier of the egg pilgrimage: Onsen Tamago-do Meijin (おんせんたまご道名人), the top-rank certification in the Onsen Tamago-do collaboration. Earning it requires doubling the Shodan egg-purchase count and completing a full Beppu Hatto Onsen-do Meijin circuit on the bath side.
How to earn
This badge is awarded by Onsen Oni moderators to users who have earned the Tamago-do Meijin certification. Send evidence (certificate, towel photo, or stamp record) through the feedback channel. Because a new Tamago-do season can restart the cycle, this badge is repeatable — the number on your tile tracks how many times you've earned Meijin rank.

- 8 egg-purchase stamps from the twelve Tamago-do facilities
- 88 bath-entry stamps (a full Onsen-do Meijin circuit)
- ¥3,000 certification fee
- Awarded the special Tamago-do Meijin towel
