Santokoya is a mountain lodge in the Nasu highlands reachable only by hiking trail. The outdoor and indoor baths draw from a calcium carbonate iron spring, and the setting, no road access, no phone signal, keeps it squarely in wild-onsen territory despite the roof overhead.
