633. Kyukamura Kishu Kada, Wakayama ★★★ Top-tier infinity onsen. Visited for day use at 1500 yen (they give a small unbranded towel). Day use is available from 12:00 to 15:50. They stamp the 88 Onsen of Wakayama stamp book. They sell one of the seven Hokuriku/Kinki tourist stamps. 1. Outdoor zone. 1.1. Infinity onsen (when you sink into the water, the edge with grass and the sign disappears from view). Stunning view of the bay, forest, and island. Hawks frequently fly over the forest and nearby, sometimes right at eye level or even above the onsen itself. The view from the onsen is very close to Akazawa level, maybe just less panoramic. Clear water, temperature 42. 1.2. Silk bath, temperature 41. 2. Indoor zone. Breathing inside is good. 2.1. Bath partly in stone. Clear water, temperature 40.5. 2.2. Sauna. 2.3. Cold bath.
