This is a small town-run bathhouse in Minakami's Tsukiyono hot spring area: an indoor tub plus a modest rock-lined outdoor bath. The water runs straight from the spring rather than being recirculated, clear and faintly smooth on the skin. It's a plain, functional building, the kind of place local regulars gather first thing in the morning rather than a spot dressed up for visitors. Mountains rise right outside, reviewers mention flowers planted around the parking area, and a bear-warning notice by the outdoor bath is a reminder of how close to the hillside it sits.
