Every one of the 25 suites at Hinanoza (鄙の座) has a private rotenburo (open-air bath) fed by flowing natural onsen water, most with a direct view over Lake Akan. Two large communal bathhouses on the sixth and seventh floors alternate by gender; the seventh-floor bath opens to the sky. A complimentary ganbanyoku (heated stone sauna) is available to guests, and a small foot bath sits in the lobby bar area. The ryokan is adults-only (children under junior-high age are not accepted), part of the Tsuruga Group (鶴雅グループ, Tsuruga Gurupu), and pairs the bathing with kaiseki meals and all-inclusive drinks.
