U-Neru sits on the second floor of a shopping center near Shin-Narashino station, but don't let that fool you: the bathing lineup is genuinely full-scale. The natural spring water is strongly salty and runs fresh (kakenagashi, 源泉掛け流し) in the dedicated bath. Alongside it you'll find an outdoor reclining bath, a panoramic outdoor bath, a jet bath, a high-concentration carbonated bath, and a rotating event bath. The sauna runs at 100°C with regular aufguss (Aufguss) sessions on select days. The ganbanyoku (岩盤浴) area has four rooms, including a cool-down room. Capsule hotel cabins are available for overnight stays, and a food court with four restaurants keeps you well fed without leaving the building.
