92. Kiyousen, Beppu Public onsen. Fairly civilized. Entry 250 yen, stamp available at reception. No soap/shampoo, but there are two showers (with a note that disabled visitors have priority). Inside there are two baths, clear water. One bath is very hot (showed around 45°C), the other is hot+ (showed around 42°C).
