Simploose is a small adults-only inn on a hillside above Ito, just four rooms in all. The rooms and terrace look out over the sea, and the two baths share the same view: an indoor bath upstairs, and an open-air bath one floor down. Both are private to each room, and guests say there's no set booking slot, you can just go down and soak whenever you like. The inn is run by a couple, known as much for the seafood dinners they cook themselves as for the baths, and reaching it means a hill and a run of stairs from the road.
