Oshio Onsen Harusaki Gentei Rotenburo

A seasonal phantom bath that only exists during the spring snowmelt, roughly late March to late May, when the rising Tadami River floods a spot along its bank and mixes with the natural spring to create a free, mixed open-air soak. The water here is naturally carbonated and slightly salty, with a light iron tone, and comes up effervescent at the inlet. Once the river level drops, the bath vanishes until the following year.
