About
Fourtreat Kusatsu was a small boutique hotel converted from a former company retreat in the Kusatsu onsen town. It had a communal bath plus onsen water piped separately into the guest rooms, and guests mentioned the two came from different springs. Rooms were quiet and design-led, with a self-serve herbal tea and drinks corner and an all-inclusive dinner plan. The hotel closed in the spring of 2026.
