The staff confirmed that the water is not onsen, but also not plain tap water, they called it kosen. I visited for a day trip for ¥600. The day-trip bathing hours are listed as 10:30 to 14:30. The bath photo is from the internet, and it matches only roughly, I was there in a different season. 1. Outdoor bath.
