Toraya has no large communal bath. Its only bath is a private, half-open-air tub called Gero Tora no Yu (下呂寅の湯), booked in 45-minute slots. The water is source onsen mixed with rice-bran extract, which turns it a soft milky white. Day-trippers can book the same bath as overnight guests. The inn works as a base for exploring Gero's public bathhouses on foot rather than a place to soak in-house. It runs on a room-only plan, with a small breakfast served but no restaurant.
