About
Ryokufutei (緑風亭) was a small ryokan in Kusatsu that drew water from the Bandaiko (万代鉱) spring and ran it kakenagashi (source-flow, not recirculated). Guests had access to gender-separated indoor and outdoor baths, plus a hinoki cypress garden private bath bookable by the session. The inn is now permanently closed.
