Shuzenji Onsen Go Yō Kan

Goyokan is a small ryokan in Shuzenji Onsen with three private baths reserved exclusively for guests. The semi-open-air bath Tatsu no Shizuku (龍の雫) runs kakenagashi (free-flowing spring water, not recirculated). The indoor rock bath Okuno-in (奥の院) and the indoor cypress bath Hinoki no Hako (檜の筥) round out the set. All three baths can be used as kashikiri (private reserved bathing) based on availability. The alkaline spring water is soft on the skin. A rare drinking-spring permit means guests can also sip the water directly in the rock bath, and the same spring water goes into the breakfast porridge.
