Kikuta is a small ryokan in Inatori Onsen on the Izu Peninsula, run on real hot-spring water. There is a large communal bath, a rooftop open-air bath, and a private bath you can reserve for just your group. The rooftop bath sits open to its surroundings rather than screened off, so it's more casual than secluded. Men's and women's baths are on separate floors instead of side by side. The inn itself is older and family-run, with simple tatami rooms, more homely than polished.
