Tenseien (天成園) is a large ryokan in Hakone-Yumoto that leans hard into day-use bathing as well as overnight stays. The signature bath is a wide open-air pool on the rooftop, with views over Hakone's mountains. There's a second rotenburo on the river side (one section has jets), plus an indoor bath with smooth, alkaline water; it runs a little on the cool side, but a slow soak still warms you through. Add a sauna, kashikiri (貸切) private baths, and guest rooms with their own open-air bath. The garden has a small waterfall and a branch shrine of Hakone's Kuzuryu (九頭龍) shrine, with carp and ducks you can feed.
