About
Hotel San-emon sits in Dai Onsen (台温泉), a small hot spring village in Hanamaki, and has the only rotenburo (open-air bath) in the area. The water is a faint sulfur spring, run kakenagashi (non-recirculating, straight from the source). There is also a spacious indoor bath. The building is older but well kept, and the place draws guests who want somewhere quiet away from the busier onsen towns.
