Sanso Warabino (山荘わらび野) is a 13-room all-suite ryokan in Yufuin where every room comes with its own private onsen bath fed by the inn's own spring in kakenagashi (源泉かけ流し) style. There is no shared large bath. Some rooms have a true rotenburo; others have an indoor bath with large windows that open wide to the outside. The spring water is alkaline and smooth on the skin. The inn reopened in February 2019 after being damaged in the 2016 Kumamoto earthquake.
