About
Tsutaya Seirantei (晴嵐亭) is the newer annex of Tsutaya Ryokan, sitting in a quiet valley a short distance from the Kinosaki Onsen (城崎温泉) sotoyu (外湯, public bath) strip. The indoor bath uses the same Kinosaki spring water you find in the town's well-known communal baths. The place can be booked as an exclusive-use stay for groups. A gallery room with books and music gives the annex its own unhurried feel, and the inn offers a shuttle for guests heading into town for the sotoyu circuit.
