A small ryokan in Bandai-Atami Onsen (磐梯熱海温泉), in Koriyama, Fukushima. The baths are indoors: a large bath for men and another for women, plus a private bath (kashikiri-buro, 貸切風呂) that guests can use for free when it is vacant. The water is colorless and odorless. Most of the 12 rooms are Japanese-style, and the windows look out on green mountains in summer, autumn color and snow in winter. It is a place to stay the night rather than drop in.
