Soma City General Welfare Center

The Soma City General Welfare Center, known locally as Hamanasu-kan (はまなす館), is a community building run by the city's social welfare council, and it has a public bath inside. Visitors call it the Rojin-no-yu (老人の湯), the elders' bath, and it is a plain municipal bath rather than a resort. One visitor noted that the washing area floor can be slippery. The rest of the building is used for events, club practice and rentable meeting rooms.
