A municipal swimming pool for 1000 yen with a sento area near the changing rooms: showers (no soap/shampoo provided, you need to bring your own), an indoor bath with hydro massage (about 40-41°C, tap water), a dry sauna and a mizuburo (cold water bath) for a couple of people nearby. The pool itself has a 25-meter pool with 8 lanes (two lanes are permanently covered with a platform for children), a couple of children's frog pools, two utaseyu jets, one slide, a barely warm sauna, and a warm jacuzzi (staff measured 36°C while we were there). A swim cap is mandatory (tickets for the sento bath are not sold separately; you buy access to the pool, so without a cap you will not be allowed in and will have to buy one on the spot). If you live nearby, this is a great place to drop in for a couple of hours, splash around with children in the pools, slide down the slide, warm up in the bath at the end, and then head off. There is a moderately priced underground parking lot (they give a 50% discount when visiting the pool). The place is a bit worn and shabby but clean and functional.
