The hotel draws its own onsen source right on the property, a mall onsen: a plant-derived spring rare enough that it's found in quantity only in Tokachi and in southwestern Germany, and recognized as a Hokkaido Heritage. Visitors often describe the water as silky and smooth on the skin. The large indoor bath is open any time from check-in through check-out the next morning, with a hot Finnish-style sauna on the men's side and a mist sauna on the women's, and two of the room types come with their own onsen tub. It's an unpretentious hotel a short walk from Obihiro Station, with a restaurant serving a choice of Japanese, Western, Chinese congee or continental breakfast.
