Koshinyu

A Nishitokyo sento with two differently equipped bathing rooms that rotate weekly. The Fuji room has a jet bath, a medicinal herbal bath (yakuto), a rotenburo, a cold-water bath, and a sauna; the Silk room has jet baths, a silk bath of ultra-fine bubbles, a yakuto, a cold-water bath, and a sauna. The yakuto rotates daily. As a renovated temple-style (miya-zukuri) bathhouse, it blends the old and the new. It is about a 15-minute walk from Tanashi Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line. Runners are welcome and short-term luggage storage is available.
