A carbonated, iron-bearing simple cold-mineral spring. With 1,010 mg/kg of free CO2 it counts as a rare carbonated source, and fine bubbles cling to the skin on entry. Iron runs high at about 40 mg/kg, so the water oxidizes reddish-brown on contact with air. It is weakly acidic, faintly tangy on the skin, and as a cold-mineral source below 25 °C it is heated before bathing.

Skin-absorbed CO₂ and hydrogen sulfide relax the vessel walls; carbon-dioxide springs can raise peripheral blood flow several-fold.

A radon-rich simple radioactive spring of the "hormesis" tradition. Radon measures a high 1,060 Bq/kg, well above the threshold. The water is neutral, colorless, clear, tasteless and odorless — gentle and unobtrusive. As a low-temperature source it is heated for bathing.

Aches & joints

Warmth eases stiffness and raises the pain threshold. Radon and sulfate springs show the strongest evidence for joint and muscle pain.
